I am nursing a massive headache this evening... probably from staring at a computer screen for entirely too long today. So I'll be keeping this brief.
After tweeting about Betty White guest-starring on the season premiere of Community this Fall, and saying how much I envy Joel McHale for getting to work with her, I was surprised to see that Joel responded with "Yeah!" Right after Vahid tweeted about an exciting new experience with his colon...
I've been a massively huge fan of Joel for years (I even had my DVR record his home shopping appearance!), so this was kind of cool. The fact that he'll be appearing with the incomparable Betty White in the most excellent Community is going to be like catching lightning in a bottle. Because two huge comedic talents in the same scene? Guaranteed electric...
The new Fall television season suddenly seems so far away.

I missed the first 1/2 season of Community — I’m not sure what went wrong, I missed setting the DVR or something — but I’ve been catching up with the reruns.
The boys and I give it eight thumbs up. (The boys all dig Betty White too.)
Sweet! This is one of the reasons I so love Twitter – it brings down the wall between celebrities and us “regular” people.
Sometimes people have to force me to sit and watch something on TV because I’ve become so cynical about the drivel that infests so much of the medium these days, but … I love Community. I love it long. I love it hard.

I wonder why the Mac version is ‘Tweetie for Mac’ whereas the iPhone version is ‘Twitter for iPhone’? Yay consistency!
It will eventually be “Twitter for Mac” as well with the next version… the developer sold to Twitter and works there now.

I think Joel actually meant to respond with a “Yeah!” to my tweet, too — after all, how many people do you know who have unlocked the Colon Destruction badge? It’s a rare accomplishment!
I saw him at Hard Rock doing stand up and he was very funny. I’m impressed that he replied to your tweet, too, as it kind of seems like Twitter is something he doesn’t quite get sometimes.
