The danger with digging is you don't know you're too deep until you're there.

For genealogists it’s a little different. The beauty of digging is that you don’t know how deep you are until you’re there.
So, less digging is better…..right???
The beauty part is, if you dig long enough, you’ll get to China!
Digging deeper usually makes things worse, that’s for sure!

The other problem is most people continue to dig well after they know they’re in too deep.
Perhaps they think they will be different people once they reach China.
