As I sit here staring at a blank screen, I realize that I've done absolutely nothing blog-worthy today. I worked for four hours, then spent my afternoon and evening doing all those little things that I never seem to have time to do. Before I know it, it's 11:00pm and the day has gone. My first instinct is to call Bad Robert because just five minutes on the phone with him would give me enough material to blog about for an entire week. But he has a job which requires getting up at an insanely early hour and is most certainly already in bed.
Blogging can be so bloody difficult sometimes.
With no Bad Robert to help me, I now turn to my How to Blog the Blogography Way flowchart to see what I should do next...
Ah, here we go then...
Well that wasn't so difficult after all.
I love comments! However, all comments are moderated, and won't appear until approved. Are you an abusive troll with nothing to contribute? Don't bother. Selling something? Don't bother. Spam linking? Don't bother.
PLEASE NOTE: My comment-spam protection requires JavaScript... if you have it turned off or are using a mobile device without JavaScript, commenting won't work. Sorry.
The flow chart is my favorite part!
I still don’t get how daily bloggers do it…if I had to blog every day, I’d probably go crazy insane or insane crazy. I’d start talking about my new nail polish or making lists of people on the Internet who are douchebags and need to go.
Then there’d be trouble and I’d be a drama whore in flame wars and you’d have to jump in with your sword and fiery steed to defend me.
Phew, good thing I blog only a few times a week, huh? 😉
How to blog the Poppy way: Stop blogging for no discernible reason.
hehe
Monkey makes it all better.
Especially nose picking monkey. 🙂
hihi I love BadMonkey!
P.S. Draw a picture of a monkey if you want, write about what you want… I still always read you! 🙂
Gah! Where was that chart a few days ago? 😉
Prepare to see a lot of monkey drawings on my blog. 😉
Peace and nose-picking? Hahaha
Monkey ftw.
So how does one implement this flow chart when one cannot draw monkeys if ones life depended on it?
That’s the beautiful thing about monkeys. You can scribble just about anything and CALL it a monkey. They’re monkeys… who would debate you on it?
Which is exactly why I will never be a daily blogger (I can’t draw monkeys). I don’t have enough interesting things to say (that would fill a blog post) every day. I have to wait until the bucket is full again before I can pour it into a half-decent blog post.
Monkey is quite talented…peace sign AND nose picking all at the same time. That’s blog worthy to me….
That bad monkey graphic should make the list of contenders for your annual t-shirt vote.
lolz
a most excellent entry 🙂
I have a flowchart too.
But they all end in “write a rant against corporate mongers”.
Maybe I should start following it again.
Fun post. Dig the flow chart. It’s just the way I would picture it.
