With each passing day humanity seems to dumb-down to entirely new depths.

From flat-earthers to anti-vaxers to the idiotic "us vs. them" divisions that plague us, I grow more and more disillusioned with our ability to survive an increasingly hostile future. You have to be smart... be able to think your way out of situations and move forward... but it's tough to do that when science is being vilified and critical thinking has become passé.

And it all starts with people buying into misinformation idiocy...

I haven't related to a cartoon more than this one in a long while.

And I'm beginning to wonder if I'm relieved that we're becoming too stupid to continue.

We kinda deserve it.
