I'm liking the idea of TV shows being released on DVD (and there is even a cool site devoted to the subject). As more and more programs are released, I get more and more excited at the prospect of being able to watch long-forgotten and long-cancelled shows that I enjoyed at one time, but have no way of watching now. Nothing would make me happier than finally having Cupid and Oh Grow Up! released on DVD so that I could see them any time I want... very few shows currently on the air even come close to their quality.

The cancelled shows I most want to be released on DVD:
1. Cupid (the best television show ever).
2. Oh Grow Up! (Alan Ball pre-Six Feet Under).
3. Keen Eddie (New York cop. Kicking London arse.).
4. Nobel House (Mini-series of my favorite book).
5. Tour of Duty (I loathe war for entertainment, but enjoy this show).
6. Dharma & Greg (Just the first 2 seasons before it got stupid).
7. Grapevine (The original, not the sucky remake).
8. Now and Again (Really good drama/sci-fi mix).
9. The American Embassy (Another American in London show).
10. Sam & Max Freelance Police (Coolest cartoon show).

Other cancelled shows that would be worth a rental on DVD:
• The Palace Guard (Funny, smartly written-thief-turned-hotel-security-expert).
• Strange World (X-Files type conspiracy show).
• Quantum Leap (Excellent human stories with a sci-fi touch).
• News Radio (Final show for the very funny Phil Hartman).
• Grounded for Life (Nifty sitcom).
• Bands Reunited (I've already raved about this awesome show).
• P.S.I. Luv You (CONNIE SELLECCA!!).
• Duet (Alison La Placa hilarity).
• Marker (Yes it's Richard Grieco, but doesn't suck!).
